Ingredients for Indian Chicken Tikka Recipe • 700-800 gms of boneless chicken ( cut into uniform cubes)
• 4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
• 1 ½ cup of thick yoghurt
• 2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder
• 2-3 green capsicums ( cut into cubes)
• 4 onions ( cut into cubes)
• 2 tbsp of besan
• Salt to taste
• Pinch of turmeric
• 6-8 tbsp of oil
• 2 tbsp of lime juice
• 7-8 wooden skewers ( soaked in water for 30 minutes)
• ½ tsp garam masala
How to make Chicken Tikka Masala 1. For making the Indian Chicken Tikka recipe, first heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Then roast the gram flour in this oil for 1-2 minutes, stirring continusely. 2. Transfer it into a large bowl. Then add the yoghurt to it for make the Marination for the recipe of Chicken Tikka. 3. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric and salt. 4. Mix it well until it turns into a smooth mixture. 5. Then add 3 tbsp of oil. 6. Then add the chicken pieces, along with the veggies. Mix well. 7. Let the chicken rest in the marination in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. 8. After 2-3 hours. add the lemon juice to the marinated Chicken and mix well. Then arrange the marinated veggies and chicken alternatively onto the skewers. 9. Grease the griller rack of the oven or microvave. And place the skewers on it. 10. Then bake or grill it in a preheated oven or microwave at 220 degree celcius for 7-8 minutes. 11.
