Arugula with roasted peaches

Roasted peaches with arugula and Parma Ham

1 peach

  • 50g arugula
  • 1 tablespoon must syrup
  • 1 tbl balsamico
  • 3 tbl olive oil
  • 1 tbl crushed pine nuts
  • 3 slices Parma ham
  • Butter for the roasted peaches
  • salt,pepper

Cut the peaches and roasted in the grill with butter.Wash and dry the arugula.In a Multi add the olive oil  the Balsamico,the must syrup,salt,pepper and mix them thoroughly.We place on plate the peach, add the arugula on the top, sprinkle with dressing and finally the crushed pine nuts
