125gr Milk full fat
125gr Cream
5 egg yolks
100g Sugar
200g Mango pulp

In a saucepan, we put the milk and cream to warm up well
Lightly beat the egg yolks with sugar and add it in to cream milk mixture. Continue with a spatula on medium heat until it begins tightens
Strain the cream through a chinois to another pot.
Add Mango pulp and cover. Refrigerate for one night
The next day we work on the ice cream machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions
